This very real interview with a property management company or large landowner is very eye opening.
As a Canadian, I understand this is not the same as my native Canada....but is definitely worth a viewing if you have any interest at all in what the average joe is facing in terms of affordable housing and the process of renting.
It is also a great ¨behind the scenes¨ peak at what landlords are doing in order to keep happy tenants and protect their assets.
